  • It’s one-person company;
  • The service is mostly built by Python & React;
  • Founder fully depends on the SaaS service;
  • Founder has some own principle: Think big, start small, act fast, productive > money and so on.

• Cargo Cult Software Engineering: This article talked about the three different organizational development styles: process-oriented, commitment-oriented and cargo cult. Both the first two styles will work for some teams, unfortunately, Cargo cult is the style mostly failed but you could find it in most of teams. Cargo cult means they follow all forms of other styles, but they’re missing something essential, because they do not know why.(Recommended reading: Feynman’s cargo cult science)

• 1984: I just started to read the book which know long long again.This book is about the “negative utopia” story. What I learned from the beginning is the origin of the sentence [Big Brother is watching you] is from this book :)

  • The saving interest rates in India is as high as 8%;
  • And the bad dept ratio is also as high as 20%;(higher than 12% that’s a warning)
  • Recently the India goverment publish some policy to limit the investment from China.
